Barrister Mohiuddin appears as an Advocate before the Hon’ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and Judges Courts and Tribunals of Bangladesh. He has specialization on vetting-documentation, corporate litigation (including Artha Rin & N.I. Act cases) and advisory work as he is rendering services to several banks and financial institutions. He is skilled in conducting criminal, civil and commercial litigations before the lower courts. He also has particular expertise in income tax, vat and customs.
Mr. Mohiuddin was called to the Bar of England and Wales by Lincoln’s Inn, UK in 2017 after successfully completing the Post Graduate Diploma in Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, UK. Before that, he completed LL.B (Hon’s) from the University of South Wales, UK. He also completed LL.B (Hon’s) and LL.M from the University of Dhaka. He is a member of Dhaka Bar Association and Supreme Court Bar Association.
