Career Biography

Sameen Yeasar Rafiq holds a Bar Training Course qualification from the University of the West of England and is soon to be called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. He is also an accredited Digital Dispute Resolution Specialist (DDRS) from ADR ODR International. Sameen has also completed an LLB (Hons) from the University of the West of England, UK.

He has worked as an Associate at prominent law firms, specialising in legal drafting, research, providing legal opinions and representing clients in mediation. In his current role at Jurisconsults and Legal Solutions (JLS), Sameen contributes to a wide range of legal matters, supporting advisory and compliance work across corporate, civil, and regulatory domains.
