Career Biography
Nusrat Jahan is an Advocate and Barrister-at-Law, called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2021. She holds a Bar Training Course qualification from the University of the West of England and is an accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator from ADR ODR International. Nusrat also earned an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of the West of England and an LLM in International Law from Eastern University, along with an LLB (Hons) from the University of London. She is a member of the Dhaka Bar Association having being enrolled at 2024. With over three years of experience in legal practice, Nusrat has worked as an Associate Lawyer at prominent firms where she specialized in drafting and vetting legal documents, providing legal opinions and representing clients in mediation and litigation. She has advised corporate clients on various legal matters, including labor law.
